We love all the tiny details that Lourdes and Check included in their wedding. From the Nile Blue peep-toe Cleone Badgley Mischka bridal shoes to the adorable basket of “dancing shoes” that the couple provided to their guests, it’s clear that this is a couple that appreciates the finer details in life. Lourdes and Check said “I Do” at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa, one of the hottest wedding venues in Coconut Grove, Florida. Miami weddings have that unmistakable modern meets retro flair, and Mayfair Hotel’s stunning wedding ceremony and reception areas are no exception. The vaulted ceilings and endless skylights bring in miles of soft, flattering, gently-diffused natural lighting at Lourdes and Check’s Miami wedding ceremony. The wedding reception ballroom is just as gorgeous with that enormous chandelier and luxurious ceiling drapery.

It was our pleasure to work with this wonderful couple at such a gorgeous South Florida wedding reception venue. Melissa’s wedding colors were ivory, gray, and a beautiful accent shade of granny smith apple green. The ombre ivory and green wedding cake is especially fun! Their wedding ceremony took place outside on the patio overlooking the ocean, and the wedding reception looked AMAZING in that gorgeous loft style ballroom. The fireworks at the end and the sparkler send off were the perfect finishing touches.
