DAY-OF ASSISTANCE | Call for pricing
The Day-of Assistance package is for those couples who have already planned everything. This package provides the bride and groom with the peace of mind that what they have planned will be executed accordingly. A package like this allows the bride, groom, their wedding party and family to relax and enjoy their special day, leaving the event set up and details to a trained wedding professional. We’ll meet with you three months before the wedding to discuss your vision for the event. After viewing the selected venues and vendor list, we will then contact the vendors and review the contracts with them to ensure everything is in place. To guarantee all details are met, the Day-of Assistance package includes the On-site Coordination services, as well as the following:
- Initial complimentary consultation.
- Planning meeting to review all details of vendors.
- Ensuring all contracts meet all of the couple’s needs.
- Timeline distribution to all vendors and service providers.
- Anticipate and solve any unforeseen issues.
- Site inspection with couple.
- Wedding day timeline.
FINISHING TOUCHES | Call for pricing
For those who have already started planning and need help bringing it all together, the Finishing Touches package is for you. The month before the wedding can be hectic; it is our goal to provide the couple with the peace of mind that no detail is overlooked. We will assist the couple in making sure that the vision of your special day is executed professionally. The Finishing Touches package also includes the On-site Coordination services, as well as the following:
- Initial complimentary consultation
- On-going consultation including email and phone contact
- Financial Management
- Create a detailed timeline for the Wedding day and weekend
- Distribution of Wedding day timeline to vendors two weeks prior to the Wedding
- Ensuring all contracts have met all of the couple’s needs
- Scheduling appointments with vendors to finalize contracts
- Anticipate and solve any unforeseen issues
- Site inspection with couple
- Advisement of Etiquette, Tradition, and Formalities
- Assistance with assigning guests to tables
- Accommodations and transportation arranged for out of town guests
- Accompaniment to bride’s final fitting
- Review of menu selections with couple
- Orchestrate and direct the wedding rehearsal (2 hrs.)
- Detailed confirmation with all vendors and service providers

The Full Service package is designed for the bride who is very busy or just does not know where to start. It also works great for the bride that wants the best. This all inclusive package will provide you with all the services from start to finish. During the initial consultation we will get a sense of the couple’s style, colors, and specific details to create your Signature Wedding. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have established with our portfolio of responsible vendors. This will ensure you receive a professional level of service while saving you money. Included in our Full Service package is the On-site Coordination service, as well as the following:
- Initial complimentary consultation
- On-going consultation including email and phone contact
- Wedding budget development assistance and financial management
- Conceptualization of Wedding design
- Site selection for Wedding and Reception
- Scheduling and accompaniment to vendor appointments (up to 2 per category)
- Assistance with final selection of vendors and service providers
- Interview, negotiate contracts, and hire vendors from our portfolio of professionals
- Advisement of Etiquette, Tradition, and Formalities
- Assistance of the selection of invitations and ordering
- Organization of seating charts
- Accommodation and transportation for out of town guests
- Gift bag creation and distribution
- Accompaniment to alteration session and bride’s final fitting
- Menu tasting and assistance with menu selection
- Orchestrate and direct the wedding rehearsal (2 hrs.)

ON-SITE COORDINATION
Included in all Wedding Planning Packages
- Greet vendors, receive all deliveries, and supervise set-up.
- Directing set-up and design of ceremony and reception space.
- Ensuring that the couple, parents, and bridal party are taken care of while getting ready.
- Distribution and pinning of the flowers for the bride, groom, parents, and bridal party.
- Making sure that the escort cards, favors, ceremony programs, guest book, and menu cards, etc. are in place as specified by couple.
- Greeting the guests and directing them to the appropriate locations on time.
- Assisting the bride and bridal party with direction and proper line-up down the aisle.
- Ensuring the ceremony musicians have the correct musical selections and that they’re played as designed.
- Directing the guests to the cocktail reception after the ceremony.
- Assisting the photographer in gathering the wedding party and family members for photos after the ceremony.
- Making sure the bride, groom and wedding party are provided with cocktails and hors d‘oeuvres during the after ceremony photo session (provided the ceremony is at the reception site).
- Making certain that all entertainment for the reception site has proper staging, break area, vendor meals, and pronunciation of names.
- Final walk through of reception area before guests enter the reception.
- Organizing the grand entrance and lining up everyone in proper order to be announced.
- Continuous reminders of the schedule to keep the couple aware of what’s next.
- Making sure all guests’ special needs are met and that any questions are graciously answered throughout the night.
- Working with the catering staff to ensure timely food service.
- Ensuring that the guests scheduled to give toasts or host a special event during the day are prepared and cued.
- Working side by side with the bride to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.
- Guiding the couple throughout the day to keep things running on schedule.
- Distribute “day of” payments and/or gratuities to vendors.
- Collection and delivery of keepsakes, gifts, and personal items to suite or car.
- Decoration of the honeymoon suite if it’s in the same location as the reception.
- Arranging the getaway transportation for the end of the evening if necessary.
